Welcome to the everyday endurance podcast, a podcast for everyday people who want to do extraordinary things, really slowly (and still make it to work on Monday).

Hosted by Simon Perraton and Luke Perraton (no relation). 

On this show we talk about training for, and competing in, endurance events, balancing family life and making it to work on Monday.
