On Episode 7 we talk to one of the longest tenured scouts with Silvertips in Manitoba Scout Doug Sinclair. He has been with the Everett Silvertips organization since the team was announced in 2002. We discuss his time with the team and the players that Doug Sinclair help bring to the Silvertips hockey club throughout the teams history.
