Deidra Green is a licensed esthetician, MBA, aPHR, author, former business owner and now VP of Field Performance and Inclusion at European Wax Center. In addition to driving performance of the Field Training team, Deidra also has oversight of the Industry Relations and Learning and Development functions which ensure EWC attracts top talent to our franchise locations and gives them the tools necessary to thrive once we have their commitment.
