Angelica's business career started in 2007 when she started importing Prosecco into Australia. That was the beginning of Star Beverages and it's online store Direct Wine Cellars. Today she imports over 10 different wine brands from around the world, and has started a small restaurant in Surry Hills, The Blue Door, that focuses 100% on NSW produce and wine.
