I have lost my pink, just like the flamingos do when they have a new chick. Im pretty sure I'm not the only one to lave lost their pink too. So in order to help me to find it again (and hopefully help any other white flamingos out there) I'm starting a podcast to talk abut the things that make us lose our pink and how we can start to get it back.
Im going to be asking questions of myself and doing some call to actions, I'll be treating this like my own solo coaching session and educating myself along the way to find my purpose and my pink again

I have my first guest on this week. My very good friend Melissa Fazackely!
After over 20 years in construction within the health and safety sector, Melissa ventured out on her own last year and set up her own business. Since then has garnered international recognition for her outstanding contributions to the field. She has been honoured as one of the esteemed 40 under 40 professionals globally by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). In addition, Melissa's remarkable achievements have earned her a nomination for the prestigious HBFs Top 100 Women in Construction 2023.
On this weeks episode we talk through how pink she is currently feeling, how she lost her pink when her nan died. What that looked like for her and how she managed to regain her pink from that. We also touch on what she does now to maintain her pink and how that helps her to be herself.
