The Jaguar I-Pace (stylised as I-PACE) is a battery-electric crossover SUV produced by Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) under their Jaguar marque. The I-Pace was launched as a surprisingly capable luxury electric vehicle, with respectable demand in Europe. Priced in the $70,000, the I-Pace was clearly aimed at high income luxury brand buyers. The I-Pace was announced in March 2018, European deliveries began in June 2018 and North American deliveries started in October 2018. Amid slowing sales and a change in corporate vision, Jaguar has announced that the I-Pace will be discontinued by 2025.

Styled by Richard Kim, the i3 is a five-door with a passenger module of high strength, ultra-lightweight carbon fibre reinforced polymer adhered to an aluminium chassis, battery, drive system and powertrain. The body features two clamshell rear-hinged rear doors. The i3 debuted as a concept at the 2011 International Motor Show Germany, and production began in September 2013 in Leipzig. It ranked third amongst electric cars sold worldwide from 2014 to 2016. Its global sales totaled 250,000 units by the end of 2022. Germany was its biggest market with over 47,500 units delivered through December 2021, followed by the U.S. with over 45,000. The i3 won two World Car of the Year Awards, selected as 2014 World Green Car of the Year and as 2014 World Car Design of the Year. The i3 received an iF Product Design Gold Award, and won UK Car of the Year 2014 and Best Supermini of 2014 in the first UK Car of the Year Awards.”

“The Nissan Leaf (Japanese: 日産・リーフ, Hepburn: Nissan Rīfu), stylized as "LEAF," is a battery-electric powered compact car manufactured by Nissan, produced since 2010 across two generations. It has been offered exclusively as a 5-door hatchback. The term "LEAF" serves as a backronym to leading environmentally friendly affordable family car.
The Leaf was unveiled on 1 August 2009 as the world's first mass market electric and zero-emission vehicle. Among other awards and recognition, it received the 2010 Green Car Vision Award, the 2011 European Car of the Year, the 2011 World Car of the Year, and the 2011–2012 Car of the Year Japan. A second-generation Leaf was introduced in October 2017. The Leaf's range on a full charge has been steadily increased from 117 km (73 miles) to 364 km (226 miles) (EPA rated) by the use of larger battery packs and several minor improvements.
Global sales across both generations totaled 577,000 by February 2022. As of September 2021, European sales totaled more than 208,000, and as of December 2021, over 165,000 had been sold in the U.S., and 157,000 in Japan. The Leaf was the world's all-time top selling plug-in electric car until it was surpassed in early 2020 by the Tesla Model 3.

The Testa Model Y: A solid winner. The Model Y was a hit from the beginning. Borrowing from the success of the model 3, it actually took this success ran with it. Actually, it soared with it! What’s not to like? More space, beefier tires, pretty safe, quite sleek, fresh, and unexplainably simple. And yes, it also qualified for the hefty $7500 American Government "rebate", given as a pass on possible tax responsibility. Frankly, It is undeniable that Tesla, and the model Y team, made a lot of things right with the Model Y. Aside from the controversy around the vehicle’s FSD advertised capabilities and other technical issues; the Model Y is a true legend in the making. And, I am saying this as the whole and tough Tesla critic; that I think of myself. For example, I genuinely dislike the cruel and greedy corporate tactics that Tesla and its leadership use to squeeze money out of its customers; I dislike the pretentious and deceiving nature of its CEO; among others. But, despite these, an extra-long run of good fortune; massive financial backing; and the greed notorious in American corporations; all have seemingly "aligned" and have supercharged innovation in production; trimmed out tons of fat Tesla vehicles and its production lines; and have generated unbelievable demand. Plus, Tesla’s superior travel range, safety features and record; and automated driving technology; have allowed Tesla to stand alone on the EV industry field, for a long time. Although now things seem to be leveling off, it is still undeniable the leadership position that Tesla holds. One that has largely come from the success of the Model Y.
