Victor is a serial entrepreneur and advisor in the telecom, media and technology sectors, currently leading Barcelona Metropolitan, a multichannel digital marketing platform and municipal magazine for the international community of Spain. Victor is also a non-executive director at ConXhub, a telecom incumbent challenger that helps expats stay connected anywhere in the world.

Victor has worked with the startup ecosystem of Barcelona and Spain since 2005, helping companies raise capital, grow sales and implement go to market strategies. He also negotiates cross border transactions in import-export for industrial machinery in emerging markets.
