Prof. Schilde is Associate Professor of International Relations and Jean Monnet Chair in European Security and Defense (2022-24) at Boston University's Pardee School of Global Studies. Schmitt is a Non-resident Senior Fellow with the Democratic Resilience program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) and a Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where he holds a joint academic appointment between the Department of Physics and Astronomy and the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy.
