Rob is a Veteran of the high performance automotive world, having previously worked at Continental Engineering Services, which was formerly Zytek Automotive. He is a visionary pioneering engineer who has set records and industry firsts across automotive, F1, Formula E and automotive electrification sectors.

Petalite is a startup business based in Birmingham, UK, that has developed an innovative new approach to electrical power converter design, an essential building block of battery chargers and DCDC converters that are used in electric vehicles, as well as grid connected power conversion equipment. Ryan and Rob discuss his career history and highlights and the Petalite technology and business direction.
