Miles Kessler is an American teacher of meditation, Aikido and Integral Practice. Miles is an international teacher who has been guiding individuals and groups in developmental and transformational work for the past 20 years. He brings a life-long commitment to personal growth and transformation to his work. Since 2006 his home has been in Israel where he is the guiding teacher of the Integral Dojo - Tel Aviv, a center for Dharma, Aikido, and Integral Practice. He lives in Tel Aviv with his wife Maya, daughter Yoel, and their dog Tiffany.

Elana Goldberg is an Australian-Israeli writer and editor. After five years in the non-stop field of online journalism as managing-editor of JPost.com, she now writes happy headlines for Goodnet.org and practices as much meditation and yoga as she possibly can. Elana lives in Tel Aviv with her husband Uri and son Gadi.
