¡Hola! Hoy vamos a hablar sobre comprar una casa nueva. Comprar una casa es una decisión importante. Primero, yo busco en internet casas que me gustan. Veo fotos y leo las descripciones. Me gusta saber cuántos cuartos tiene, si tiene jardín y en qué barrio está. Cuando encuentro una casa que me gusta, llamo al agente inmobiliario. Hablamos sobre el precio y hago preguntas sobre la casa. Luego, hacemos una cita para ver la casa en persona. Si me gusta la casa, hablo con el banco sobre el préstamo. Ellos me ayudan a entender cuánto dinero necesito y cómo puedo pagarlo. Cuando el banco aprueba el préstamo, firmo los papeles y finalmente, recibo las llaves de mi nueva casa. Me siento muy emocionada y empiezo a planear. Mudarse a una casa nueva es una gran aventura. Hello! Today we are going to talk about buying a new house.Buying a house is an important decision. First, I look on the internet for houses that I like. I look at pictures and read descriptions. I like to know how many rooms it has, if it has a yard, and what neighborhood it's in.When I find a house I like, I call the realtor. We talk about the price and I ask questions about the house. Then we make an appointment to see the house in person. If I like the house, I talk to the bank about the loan. They help me understand how much money I need and how I can pay it back. When the bank approves the loan, I sign the papers and finally, I get the keys to my new house. I get very excited and start planning.Moving into a new home is a big adventure. Buying a new home is a long process, but in the end, owning your own home is a great reward. How about you, do you want to buy a home someday? Bye, bye
