ABOUT THE GUEST
Jarrel Keane Agcaoili, also known as Coach Jah, is an educator, trainer, and an author who aspires to help people transform their lives through achieving personal fitness and health goals. He has been teaching sports, fitness, and health for the past 7 years in an academic and freelance setting.
He also authored the Health-Optimizing Physical Education for Senior High School book, an educational material for Filipino PE and Health Teachers that serves as a reference for SHS PE. Together with a team of teachers, he also co-authored an international research publication about bird watching as a recreational activity for mental health. Coach Jah is also inclined towards mentorship activities particularly in research related to Sports and Exercise Science.
With only his knowledge and passion in teaching and mentoring, he founded The Shred Code Fitness last March 2020 and wrote a digital book that educates people about the essentials of training and nutrition, and how to create a simple fitness program that will allow people to transform not only their bodies, but also their lives.
He is on a mission of building a community of people, who are enthusiastic in learning how to achieve transformation goals that will boost one’s total well-being and give a better quality of life.
