Inclusivity in education

Stig Johannessen, president of the Norwegian school head organization and Vasileios Kotoulas from the Greek organization Educom+, are addressing basic questions regarding education of children with disabilities.

Does the curriculum meet the needs of those children and how about the readiness of teachers to implement these programs effectively? It’s important to keep education for children with special needs inside the classroom, because inclusion in fact means that these children feel they are part of the same group.

Fran Palokaj speaks with school leaders across Europa about a variety of topics based on ESHA’s HEADstart quality cards developed by Loes van Wessum, Rieneke Pruis and others. These quality cards function as practical tools that you can use to tackle everyday challenges within your organization. Visit https://www.esha.org/headstart to download the HEADstart cards.
