Valentina is someone who grew up in the Mission District, she is a beloved community member who roots are strong. She founded Mission Native as a way to keep the vibrant culture and community of the Mission District alive and well. She is also someone who has been displaced, just like many San Francisco natives, getting priced out of their own city because of the cost of living.
