Meaning...what type of vibe do you want to generally reside in? Of course there are peaks + valleys during life and nothing is always puppies and rainbows. Yet - it's important to have clarity in who you are being.
Do you feel stressed af all of the time and on edge? You don't need to, choose different. Are you always the dumping bag for other peoples drama? Stop that shit. There's a better, more *you* way of being.
