Bill is recognized by the Courts and Probation. He provide evaluations and treatment for DWI offenders, anger management issues, as well as domestic violence offenders. I provide mandatory alcohol and drug testing. I also developed Performance Enhancement Training Strategies, for students and athletes to increase their performance.
