This week our guest is Norwegian lifter Stian Walgermo. Stian has been competing for 13 years and has been a 10 time open world competitor with a best finish of silver in 2015 in Luxembourg. He has also a 13 time Norwegian National Champion and has won the European Championships twice. He has been a multi-time World Games athlete in both 2013 in Cali Columbia and 2017 in Wroclaw Poland. Beyond lifting Stian has created multiple apps, from points calculators to referee light systems and has now began a new life as a Meme Generator.
