Pour ce tout premier épisode, Sophie et Paul ont eu le plaisir de recevoir Philippe Goldman, de Pazzi – ces incroyables robots pizzaiolos qui ont passionné autant qu'ils ont challengé tout un écosystème.
Avec beaucoup de sincérité, Philippe revient sur son aventure, les virages imprévus, et surtout, les leçons qu'il en retient :
🧗♂️ Gravir une montagne à la fois : vouloir tout faire en même temps, c’est la meilleure façon de se cramer.
🎯 Se concentrer sur ce qu’on sait faire : rester aligné sur son vrai savoir-faire, c’est vital.
