Avinash is a psychiatrist and currently the Chief Medical Officer of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. I do not think there is a podcast of any length that can do justice to capture the achievements and contributions of Avinash and I apologize for this shoddy job. His current role alone as the chief medical officer /medical director of the NHS Trust is probably worth more than a couple of hours of podcasts which I did not dwell into.
