Lisa is ready to get back out on the Invitational scene with ENYO 7. She is a busy Mum, balancing family life, training and full-time work as a teacher. Lisa shares her experience of training at Ippon Gym in Bournemouth and particularly highlights the female changing rooms, and whilst it's not an indicator of a great BJJ gym, it might make new women to the sport more comfortable.
Lisa is an exceptional PE Teacher, also offering BJJ in schools and festivals, and supporting self-defence for young women. She is very excited for her upcoming Super Fight at ENYO 7. Lisa shares her future vision and submission goals for invitationals and competitions. make sure you listen until the end!
