With experience in local government, national policy, and leadership roles at the American Bar Association and the National Academies of Sciences, Cynthia offers a unique perspective on the intersection of tribal sovereignty and environmental policy.  At NCAI, the nation’s oldest and largest American Indian and Alaska Native organization, she continues to advance tribal governance and environmental justice.
