Tiphanie Acreman is a barrister at the Victorian Bar practicing in property, land use and environmental law. She has worked at the Federal Department of the Environment where she was involved in the development of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (Cth) and is now on the Board of Directors of the National Environmental Law Association Ltd, the peak body for advancing Australian environmental law and policy. In this podcast, we explore her journey practising in the field of environmental law and how the public sector intersects this area of law.
