Conversamos con Javier Eskenazi, cofundador de Ampliando Círculos, una comunidad de networking nacida en Chile, con foco en ofrecer antes de recibir.

Ampliando Círculos comenzó como un experimento durante la pandemia para ayudar a las personas a salir de la negatividad y el encierro.

En constante pivoteo, hoy se definen como una comunidad busca conectar a personas de diferentes industrias y motivaciones, sin segmentación específica.

Con más de 80 encuentros presenciales ya han impactado a más de 1800 personas, con temáticas variadas, que van desde el desarrollo personal, profesional y negocios.

Javier destaca la importancia de construir redes desde el ofrecer y no solo desde el pedir, y enfatiza la necesidad de enseñar a las personas a hacer networking.

También menciona la falta de educación en networking en el sistema educativo chileno.

Su foco es ser la comunidad más grande de Chile, y en ese camino poseen un grupo de WhatsApp y newsletter; además de tener una vertical B2B

El siguiente paso, escalar al resto del país, y quien sabe si otros países.

We spoke with Javier Eskenazi, co-founder of Ampliando Círculos, a networking community born in Chile with a focus on offering before receiving.
