I've got some scutten to share as we sit around the campfire and chat about Wilem son of ???, who is one of three people were seen at or near the Golden Pony on the night Ambrose Jakis' rooms caught fire. I discuss tropes/stereotypes in fantasy, touch on Wilem as "the betrayer," and celebrate his heart and humor. 

Given that it is Black History Month, and because of the efforts in several U.S. states to ban the teaching critical race theory in schools and assigning certain books to students, I would like to invite everyone to join me in donating to We Need Diverse Books, a nonprofit geared towards making sure children's books reflect the kids who are reading them. This organization recognizes "all diverse experiences, including (but not limited to) LGBTQIA, Native, people of color, gender diversity, people with disabilities*, and ethnic, cultural, and religious minorities."
