Dr. Deborah Goldberg brings an eclectic and integrative approach to her work, drawing on over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, trainer, and consultant. Her professional focus centers on addressing counterproductive family-of-origin dynamics as they manifest in the workplace. She serves as a Behavioral Consultant, Conflict Resolution Specialist, and Mediator, supporting individuals and organizations in navigating complex interpersonal challenges.
Dr. Goldberg has presented nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker, lecturer, and facilitator. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate in Spirituality and Holistic Health; a Master’s degree in Family Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Counseling. She is also a Certified Reiki Master. Dr. Goldberg holds advanced accreditations in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and three levels of Mediation. Additionally, she has training in Integral Coaching, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR Level II), Body Talk, Brain spotting, and Healing Touch.
