While many industries like retail and restaurants are well into the adoption of mobile solutions that drive higher productivity and better customer experiences in their operations, the hospitality industry—for the most part—is at the early stages of its digital transformation. Some workflows, like booking, are highly digitized, but operations like housekeeping, front desk, event management, concierge, maintenance, and more are not quite there yet.
