
We can all struggle with that often very tricky job of delivering feedback. You may feel it is easier to say very little to preserve the relationship and avoid conflict.
You may deliver feedback in a very blunt way that is upsetting and results in a very poor relationship.
I have discovered through my own inner critic a way of delivering honest feedback to others while still preserving the relationship and improving performance.
