Rodney also talks about his work at the YMCA and their efforts to address disparities in Southeast Raleigh, his work alongside organizations to end intergenerational poverty in the Southeast Raleigh community, and he emphasizes the importance of applying race equity lens to the work he does. Rodney also discusses his passion for working with young people to help them find their superpowers and get involved in their community.
