Each episode is a rollercoaster of emotions and is full of laughter-filled moments, so sit back, relax, and enjoy a good old laugh. We try to share our love with everyone! Episodes are released weekly on a Friday at 8 am. We have alternating hosts- Aidan, Sharkey, Elliot, Sky and Rook. You can find us wherever you listen to your podcasts AND over on Instagram! We try to keep swearing to a minimum, but sometimes they just... slip out.

68: Enlightenment and Laughter Three Years Later!

Three years ago, on the 1st of July, a small idea in the minds of two bored teenagers in the midst of lockdown came to life in the form of a podcast. That is when E&L was born. Back then, Aidan and Sharkey never believed the podcast would even work, let alone help to create a community and bring people together. We have made endless memories and friendships that are stronger than ever. This is not the end yet, only the beginning! We love you all!
