Im not shaming social media by any means however it is important to realise both the positive and negative impact on our mental health. It connects us to friends and people we may not have been able to stay in touch with which is great. It can also have a negative impact, from fake profiles, to comparing ourselves to filtered realities and unrealistic modified bodies. Social media has so much power over us, our wellbeing and our values. If you can be anything online
