Tighe is a visual artist born in Ireland, currently based in the UK. He studied at Limerick School, Middlesex University, and Central St. Martin, where he received an M.A. in Fine Art. The tutelage he received from Professor Weber in a Renaissance-style atelier format was crucial in his formation.
