2021 is quickly coming to a close. Q4 results are coming in. Performance Reviews are (probably) coming up. A time for reflection around what you've accomplished and what the new year might bring.

For many clients, it's also a time to be thinking about something new. Especially if it's been a rough year and you're feeling "stuck" the last couple months of the calendar year can bring thoughts of exploration, change, and excitement.

But looking for something new goes beyond updating your resume or getting your Linked-In in order.  There's much more "art" in this process as compared to "science."
