Ever since lockdown was implemented, I had a significant amount of time to read and read well. I noticed that I have tons of hardbound books shelved and untouched for quite a while, I cannot remember why I bought them in in the first place. I realized that the purpose of reading (self-help) books goes way deeper than I thought. It requires skill, patience, and foundations to start reading critically and intentionally.
I recently summarized the learnings I encountered in my own personal reading journey. I hope this will help you like it is currently helping me. I purposely draft, record, and edit this podcast to fit the ten (10) minute mandatory time frame I gave to myself. Nothing over 10 minutes lest I bore you with unnecessary and overwrought material.
