我一直很喜欢做客户讲座，这期播客是我在香港理工大学fintech金融科技大四学生课堂的即兴演讲分享，我拿之前工作上看过的PPT和一些项目案例，主要内容在香港外资银行主流的已经实施的数字化转型项目，前两个部分我介绍了RPA机器人流程自动化和OCR ICR智能字符识别这2种数字化转型在银行业的应用，第三部分描述了一下数字化转型的项目管理大概是怎么做的，第四部分是银行业数字化转型的难点与挑战。
