Later, Tony and Evan talk about the University of Houston receiving a cease-and-desist letter from the NFL, alleging that university's "Love Ya Blue" powder blue uniforms and helmets infringe on the trade dress of the old Houston Oilers uniforms (21:36). Tony and Evan break down trade dress law, what it's all about, and how the University of Houston CLEARLY infringed on the trade dress of the Houston Oilers unform. Finally, Tony and Evan wrap things up with their favorite fall activity (32:23).
