Solveig Nicklos is passionate about people and evolving the paradigm of learning focusing on technology, future skills, data, and strategies that make an impact.

She was an Advisor to the Chairman at the Abu Dhabi Department of Government Support as well as the Dean of the Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG).  Her experience also includes Strategy Consulting at Columbia University in New York, USA, where she developed and launched new post-graduate masters programs.  Previously, Dean Nicklos served at major international institutions including as Director/CEO of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), Asia Regional Director for the Richard Ivey School of Business in Hong Kong, COO of the Qatar Finance & Business Academy, Director of Program Management at Columbia Business School, and Associate Director for Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA.
