Wow, what an incredible day we had on Day 2 of our "Lord, Show Me Your Glory" Fast in December 2023! The Lord, through His Spirit, truly inspired us to focus on cultivating a heart of forgiveness and freedom from offense.
It is so powerful to recognize the importance of forgiveness in our spiritual journey. When we choose to forgive others, we release ourselves from the burden of carrying grudges and bitterness. We open ourselves up to receive the fullness of God's glory and experience His transformative power in our lives.
Throughout the day, we were encouraged to reflect on any areas of unforgiveness or offense in our hearts. We were reminded of the example set by Jesus, who forgave even those who crucified Him. His love and grace serve as a model for us to follow as we seek to cultivate a heart that is free from offense.
As we continue on this fast, let us hold onto the lessons learned on Day 2. Let us continually seek the Lord's guidance and strength to forgive others and let go of any offense that may hinder our spiritual growth. May our hearts be open and receptive to experiencing the fullness of God's glory in our lives.
