I had the privilege of sitting down with my friend, Captain Patty Tomich, who has spent 40 years flying—30 of those with Alaska Airlines. Patty’s story began in Lima, Peru, where, as a little girl, she fell in love with airplanes. That spark carried her through Embry-Riddle, corporate jets, and ultimately into the captain’s seat at Alaska Airlines.
