I am so excited, thrilled, and honored to have Ellie Reichner on the show today!! Ellie Reichner is a trauma-informed shamanic energy healer. After being in a state of chronic stress (also known as survival mode) for most of her life, Ellie had a spiritual awakening that altered the course of her existence. Her experience guided her into trauma informed studies that led her to understand that true healing requires a mind, body and spirit connection. Ellie has been able to weave her spiritual gifts and trauma knowledge into her energy healing. She believes in infusing science and spiritually into her practices, and her main focus is understanding how trauma affects us holistically.

In this episode Ellie shares with us the power of healing your nervous system as well as tools you can utilize immediately to heal your nervous system. Ellie also explains the magic and power of becoming more in tuned with your body as well as learn why humans are the shit, and SOOOOO much more!
