Episode 29 with Dr. Clodagh Campbell on finding a sense of belonging.

This week on the podcast I have Dr. Clodagh Campbell on formally known as The Wellness Psychologist.

Clodagh talks openly about being adopted and how she grew up in a loving family but felt different. She struggled with feeling a sense of belonging in all her relationships and felt hard to feel safe and trust people and felt rejected but tapping into herself and validating her feelings and past she was able to go on this journey of opening up and accepting who she was.

Clodagh also talks about how important therapy is and and how it can help you and talks about why she decided to be a therapist and help people. Even therapists need therapy as Clodagh says this is her time off and looks forward to and getting things of her chest and work through things so she can show up everyday.

I hope you enjoy this podcast as much as I did and take away some nuggets.
