Welcome back! It's so awesome to see more of you tuning in, especially after such a long break. And even better that it's still as fun as I remember to jump in and chat about nutrition.

This week I talk about another slow morning practice I apply to stay away from burnout - morning journaling and hanging out with the veg in the garden!

Before getting into the real juicy details - why you're not seeing results. There's a good chance you're being too strict and too hard on yourself! I share approaches from the way you load your plate, to your food selection process to help you see those results.

And a reminder - active ladies, eat your damn carbs!
