And so I was extremely excited when I got a tip about a company called The Succession Plan. A few messages back and forth and I was set up to talk to Alex, Founder and CEO of The Succession Plan. And I have to tell you that these conversations were quite interesting, and so I decided to ask Alex to come onto my podcast.
