Fiona will explain the opportunities and challenges across NHS Scotland in ensuring that the voices of our 160,000 colleagues can be heard, listened to and most importantly, responded to, in a high profile and pressured health and care system, as well as ensuring there are channels where colleagues can safely speak up, when things go wrong.
