I spent years feeling trapped in a victim mindset that no longer served me, and I wanted out. So, I got uncomfortable, vulnerable, and questioned everything I thought I knew. I found true peace at rock bottom and haven’t looked back. We will discuss how to turn your pain into power, heal, and let the bull **** go. There is no secret sauce that will transform your mindset overnight, but this is a great place to start.

Anxiety and Stress Relief Grounding Exercise - 5-4-3-2-1 Exercise

Are you feeling anxious or stressed? The 5-4-3-2-1 method is a grounding exercise that can be done anywhere and any time. It can help to manage stress, anxiety, and emotions. This exercise is also a great way to break the cycle of the scroll and bring yourself back into the real world. 


It requires no supplies or pre-planning, just your mind! Grounding exercises are mindfulness or self awareness tools that can help to calm anxious thoughts and bring you back to the present moment.


The walk-through of the exercise begins around 15 minutes in. Everything before that is great too but I know everyone's time is important  😄
