Ever wondered if there's a different approach to exercise that doesn't involve pain or drudgery? What if movement could be a form of self-care, rather than a chore? In this episode, I had a captivating conversation with Cari, where we explored the concept of "un-exercise" and the power of slowing down in our fitness routines. Cari shared her personal journey of overcoming resistance to movement and finding joy in mindful exercise practices. We delved into the importance of stretching, therapeutic Pilates, and connecting with our body's natural rhythms. We also discussed the prevalence of hustle culture and the misconception that faster is always better in fitness.
