The actual question should be "which jobs do not require emotional intelligence?"

The straight answer is literally everyone, in any job, profession, career, they might be need emotional intelligence.  Whether someone is the director of a company, president of a firm,  CEO, CFO, VP, manager, political leader, homemaker, stay-at-home dad/mom, grandpa, grandma, teenager, child, you need emotional intelligence (EQ).

EQ is as much if not much more important and valuable than IQ. While we do not add to our IQ over a lifetime, our EQ expands as we grow with experience, exposure, and knowledge, in different environments. 

EQ is rated as one of the top-5 skills by Forbes, for success in any career.
