Emerge1Self podcast is all about self growth and development. I share stories of my battles with anxiety and depression, to show people they are not alone and that everything will get better. I will share the practices I've done and how I am able to cope with it moving forward. I will also touch on topics going on in the world and apply this to how we can be made aware of our environment and how we can apply this to our growth. I will also expose the contradictions in society and give opinions on events going on in the world
