In todays episode we speak to Paula McMahon, a Civil Engineer working at Sir Robert McAlpine. Paula speaks about the fact that females are a minority in Engineering, and how this relates to PPE: Personal Protective Equipment. 

Paula is an advocate for women in Engineering, having just won the "Lifetime in Engineering" Award at the Women in Construction & Engineering Awards.   Recently, Paula wrote article "Safety over Style" for the Institution of Civil Engineers about her experiences with PPE, and why it matters that women have access to PPE that fits them correctly.
