
A new year brings reflection and mini adjustments around here, not huge massive goals! As I reflected on 2022 I recognized it was a year of WORK. Physical work, emotional work, spiritual work. And now I'm ready for some LIGHTHEARTED FUN! :)
If you have found yourself in a situation where the emotion feels heavy and you are unsure how to feel lighter, this can help you. These 5 steps will not help you avoid the emotion, but rather notice the emotion and process it so you can move forward feeling lighter.
1. Stop being “busy” and allow yourself 10 minutes of intentional quiet time to pause.
2. Begin writing whatever comes to your mind.
3. Get yourself outside for a walk if you can.
4. Get out of your head and into your body.
5. Find support from those who are working on the same things.
