Ep. 25 | How Movement Is Therapeutic

Come listen to the 3 ways I have learned that movement is therapeutic. Over and over again my students describe my Hula & Meditation classes as therapeutic and it got me thinking... Why? Well, I think I have figured it out and I want to show you the 3 reasons I think movement really is therapeutic.

*For the record, I am a Hula & Tahitian expert with countless hours of research in the mental health world. I am not a licensed therapist or life coach, and I have the upmost respect for them and the schooling/training they've completed in their areas.
